Tom wants to order a Jerkbait (priced at $7 per unit) and has chosen the $3.78 shipping option. Since the total is below 29 dollars, Tom must add one piece of the 'extra fee of lure' to his shopping cart.
John wants to order two topwater lures (priced at $7.5 per unit) and two crankbait lures (priced at $7.5 per unit). The total comes to 7.5 x 4 = 30 dollars, so John does not need to add the 'extra fee of lure' to his shopping cart.
Jack wants to order a Glassfin rod (priced at $129 per unit) and a topwater lure (priced at $8 per unit). The total is greater than 29 dollars, so Jack does not need to add the 'extra fee of lure' to his shopping cart.
Smith wants to order a Premium slingshot band (priced at $16 per unit) and a jerkbait lure (priced at $8 per unit). Smith does not need to add the 'extra fee of lure' to his shopping cart because the order includes a slingshot band, which is not a fishing lure product. Non-lure products carry enough weight to avoid the extra shipping fee imposed by the Shipping Service.
